Niedernsill is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region at 769 metres above sea level between Zell am See and Mittersill. Away from major traffic routes, Niedernsill is surrounded by cosy alpine pastures, great excursion destinations and many small and large adventures. Several golf courses with different numbers of holes can also be found in the area.
